SHIPPING:

When will I get my order?
Every order is made to order and normally takes approximately 5-6 business days to process and manufacture, and 3-4 business days to print and fulfill. After that, shipping time will vary depending on which shipping option you choose at checkout; Canada Post can take longer during busy holiday seasons.

Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States! We will be adding international shipping in the future.

Where do L.U.S.T products come from?
All L.U.S.T graphics are designed in Toronto by our fancypants design team. Products are printed and shipped out by our manufacturer in Montreal. If you have questions about the how’s and why’s of this, we are happy to answer! Get in touch.

ORDERS:

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
You have a grace period of 12 hours to cancel your order. We cannot cancel your order after the grace period.

Can I change the shipping address?
Please contact us immediately after you place the order to see if we can. We cannot change orders after 12 hours, sometimes less depending on if your order has been processed and shipped. Address info can no longer be changed if the order has already been processed and shipped.

Can I change my shirt size or switch an item after the order is placed?
Please contact us immediately after you place the order to see if we can. We are unable to change the order after a 12 hour period, sometimes less. Your order can no longer be changed if the order has already been processed and shipped. As well, items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size.

Washing + Care
Machine wash cold water with like colours, with a phosphate free detergent. Machine dry on medium heat. Iron the fabric on synthetic setting, but do not iron the designs. May shrink after the first wash. Do not dry clean.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS:

Do you take exchanges/returns?
All sales are final. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order. If there are any issues with your items, we must be contacted within a reasonable amount of time from the product shipping date. As well, underwear or boxers are final sale because of sanitary and hygiene reasons.

USA ORDERS:

Customs Delays
Customs clearance does not adhere to a time frame and can delay the delivery.  It is sometimes possible for custom agencies to take up to or beyond a month to process some packages. Neither the shipping carrier nor L.U.S.T have control over the customs procedure. 

What are Custom Fees/Duties/Taxes?
Shipments to the USA are subject to customs duties and these will vary depending on order value and other factors. This fee is your responsibility.
